Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing any digital product (including the Cheat Sheet Book, Core Bundle, or Ultimate Pass Guide) from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be mathematically or physically returned once they have been accessed, downloaded, or viewed. Because you receive immediate access to the complete study guides, worksheets, quizzes, and practice exams the exact second your payment is processed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

2. Product Access & Delivery

Instant Email Delivery: Upon successful completion of your payment, an automated email containing your unique download link will be dispatched immediately to the email address you provided at checkout.
Typo Errors: If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it is still missing, it is highly likely there was a typo in your email address during checkout. Please contact us immediately at pinayfitnesss@gmail.com with your name and order details, and we will manually verify and resent your files.

3. File Compatibility & Technical Requirements

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have a device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer) capable of opening and viewing PDF formats.
You are fully permitted to print these files for your personal, non-commercial use.
